Well I got the opportunity to attend art exhibit by Andrew Spear if you have ever picked up an Orlando Weekly paper, he probably illustrated the image that caused you to pick it up! i know I have, one in particular that I know i picked up because of the cover was the one with the infamous Betty Page on the cover just sick. O and the wall Mural in City Arts factory of Erykah Badu yep Andrew Spear the man is dope! check out more of his works at www.spearlife.com.

While we’re on the subject of freshly added dopeness. this weeks Style Ethics shout out goes to this great spirited young man here. I am so, so, so sorry i forgot your name but your style and presence was definitely memorable. I absolutely adored his look, so urban, so clean and definitely off the charts! i always appreciate great style and i’ look for it wherever I go and he answered the call! Love the loc justa dangling.

WOW, WOW, WOW! I am by no means a big Disney fan, I’ve lived in Orlando, Florida for nearly 9 years and I have been to Epcot twice, but thanks to my friend Brittney over at Clumps of Mascara, I might have to pay the Disney mansion a visit, wait is it a mansion or castle? The movie was absolutely amazing. The story line, the characters, the colors, the correlations with REAL life. I felt like a little kid sitting in that theater, I am Tiana, and so are other black little girls and women! and that is the beautiful part of it all.So of course, whenever I go to a movie I am always trying to figure out what makeup colors the characters are wearing and this was no different if you want to look like Princess Tiana here’s how: Lancome’s Color Design Creme blush in Petticoat, for a perfect pink cheek! I love pink blush on brwon girls, a lot of time a brown girl will say ” I don’t like pink blush it’s to bright, well newsflash you don’t blush brown so no more brown cheeks unless your using it to contour PINK is where it’s at!, For the lips I would love to see MAC’s Violetta amplified lipstick with BBQ liner for a pout made for a Princess, and the lashes O my GOD! try L’Extreme Mascara by Lancome I love how cartoons can have the longest lushes most beautiful lashes makes me want to be a cartoon : ) it gives a look of false lashes but there all yours maximized!, for your eye’s Iman’s Nutmeg eye shadow, or MAC’s Swiss Chocolate. Well there you have it Princesses, the look to help capture your King!

what kind of makeup artist are we? we never talk about makeup so this week we are talking about some makeup. How to wear it what to do, your skin your lips, BLUSH that’s a big one all that. But first….
Skincare is so important. I believe that one of the reasons women who are not models wear makeup ( foundation) is because of skin problems, oily skin, dry skin, scarred skin, all the bad things we do to our face or we were born with drive us to go get something to “cover it up”. Well if we used better products on our face and washed makeup off at night then most wouldn’t have to wear the heaviest makeup in the world ! some call it that CAKEY look well it’s only cakey if you cake it! so stop caking on so much damn makeup and wash and exfoliate your face. Meagan B has the greatest skin i ever seen, this girl has NO pores whatsoeva! but she has dry skin, she couldn’t shine if you put oil on her face. where me on the other hand is as oily as the day is long so for that reason my pores are larger and I shine and she won’t tell me hate u! so since this is my dilema I rely on Shea Moisture African Organic Black Soap

love, love, love it. It gets all the makeup off as well as helps with oil control, and because i have oily skin i break out so i get pimples still at 30 and then I get these ugly marks all over my face, so I have, have, have to use Scar Butter by Carol’s Daughter.
It has helped so much with clearing up scars and evening out my skintone. I have noticed an increased “clearing” up in my skin over the last 2 months I’ve been using i don’t go to sleep without it. I recommend this product to all my clients and they say it’s working for them to. So first things first, check your skin you have to keep it clean treated and moisturized if not you will experience probs if you don’t. So you might be saying well I’ve had bad skin all my life well go see a dermatologist or invest in facials every 8 weeks this make a huge difference in your skin texture and how much you break out. I love the high frequency machine when i get facials. It has a small electrical current that can be used to zap pimples and they just disappear like in a day or two. Skincare it’s a must and STOP pickin you know who you are I am one of you too we have to stick together The Don’t Pick Crew, but at least now you know about a few products that will help get rid of it.
Take skincare : )

How many times ladies have we said that when a man or your man walks by? well we have compiled a nice lil list of some of the best mens fragrances, and because the holidays are coming how about some smell good for your boo!

Unforgivable by Sean John for that man who’s Smart, business minded, getting things done CEO material and you just can’t get enough of his power deliciousness then this is the 1 Girl!

Joop is one of my favorites, it’s like high school athlete ish, very flirty and charming for that cutie with perfect teeth that knows he got it going on. We love him cause he’s smart, a lil rough around the edges, a sweetheart and it shows.

This is Megan B’s fav Versace Blue Jeans it’s airy like the spring time, masculine like a b-ball game and notice me like yeah you see me lol, so if that describes your dude then put this under the Christmas tree.

ahh and Grey Vetiver by Tom Ford, this is black carpet, red carpet, my man is the MAN cologne, it’s just so, so, so King like, this is for the man who doesn’t have to say a thing just walk in the room and image pic speaks for itself.
