I absolutely loved last night first episode of NBC’s Fashion Star! This is truly a designers dream, the designers have a opportunity to show their designs directly to the buyers on stage and designers either offer them thousands of dollars to buy the pieces or a straight up “No Offer” . With a grand prize of a lifetime – $6,000,000 in orders for capsule collections in Macy’s, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue stores, this is definitely different from all the other fashion designer reality shows this one gets straight to the point I love it! The panel of mentors are trendy designers Jessica Simpson, John Vavartos and Nicole Richie and the buyers from H&M, Macy’s and Saks 5th Avenue are diverse and they are looking for the next great brand to sell in their stores . This is truly the business side of what it means to be a designer, it’s wonderful ! This is artist dream come true!
Maybeline is the official makeup sponsor and Suave is the hair sponsor. Last nights looks were fresh and trendy and I thought the models looked great! The models that walked for Sarah Parrot were my favorite, her designs were bought by H&M super trendy, colorful a fashionitas dream, I would definitely wear her designs.
Well be sure to watch the show which will be airing Tuesdays nights 10 O’clock on NBC.

You know you’ve seen it before so don’t act like it doesn’t exists but DAMN! why does it have to be in Vogue Italia Magazine ?????? Art imitates life every now and again and sometime it get’s a little ugly…Well in case you missed it the March issue of Vogue Italia decided that it would take the hood from the inner cities and place it in it’s glossy pages and come up with a #HAUTEMESS editorial shoot for it’s March feature.
Here’s what I had to say on Vogue Italia’s website (” ART making ridicule of culture, lifestyle again Who in Italy cares about this anyway, couldn’t the creative team come up with something dare i say creative instead of bringing more ridicule and negative depiction to someones lifestyle. Although this is in the pages of a magazine, it’s girls around my way that really do look like this #notcool “)
LM loves, let me know your opinions…

How did everyone like last night’s Grammy Awards? I was so excited to watch the show and overall there were some really awesome moments like Bruno Mars opening performance. I really didn’t know he was that popular sorry I’ve been sleep on him but now I know. But for real lets get to the real reason why I’m here 3 things makeup, fashion and glamour!
Almost everyone looked amazing, I chose 3 artist from each category and I’m starting with ADELE for the Winner of Best Makeup…

ADELE, she looked beautiful, I know everyone is saying that , but seriously from a makeup artist perspective, that face was painted and girlfriend looked GOOD! I love the vintage inspired look rich red lip and light sultry eye and that contoured cheek was the greatest, you go ADELE .Honestly I’ve seen her in this look so many times and, I wouldn’t mind seeing her in something different, but for the Grammy Awards this was the perfect choice #winning
Fashion was interesting but I’ve come to expect the extremes and the cookie cutter safe taste of most artist . So the winner of Best Fashion goes to RIHANNA

That dress is BODY honey and she looked sexy as all get out and I just want that dress so bad!
And lastly the winner for Best overall Glamour goes to the lovely Carrie Underwood
Anyone that does a duet with Tony Bennett has to be certified Glamorous and Carrie looks stunning. Her makeup is flawless, and the lashes she’s wearing screams I am a glamour girl!
And no show would be complete without a what the hell moment and it goes to Niki Minaj I’m so mad I just can’t even get into anymore take a look and the rest is history…
There you have it my makeup, fashion, and glamour update from the 54th Grammy Awards.

Last week in Orlando the popular reality TV show Master of the Mix made it’s final stop in our beautiful city and it brought out everyone ! Orlando’s very own Dj M-Squared is one of the shows finalist and all of the creative and most stylish crowd came out in full effect Saturday night to support him and to show how we do it down here! Can I tell you I was so proud, just about everyone represented well! Makeup, Fashion and Glamor was on point, just about everyone we snapped looked great, there were just a few that missed the memo and the mirror, #imjustsaying. So peep the pics and see how the young, fashionable and fabulous crowd represented !

This was one of my fav couples of the night. Their looks compliment each other to a T! Her natural makeup and hair look is perfect giving her girly Bohemian chic look sexy sophiscatin and style.

These ladies are so on point! Natural Hair was in full effect! I love the color blocking on Miss Thang to the right, and her earrings! I die! Major cute. Both of these ladies brought their accessories game! I absolutely love the fact that they got made up, I see color on the lips which is this seasons trend, so many girls rock nudes which is great, but it nice to see a colorful lip to compliment the outfits.

The mens! Yes Honey, they donned the wife beaters and baseball caps and grown man style was in full effect. #REFRESHING. The sweaters and button downs are working for them, I did a double take. I love how my man on the right went with color. Traditionally most guys opt for black, but these men embraced new mens style which is adding color, texture, and shape to the ensemble and they did well!

Girls, girls, Girls! This bunch is absolutely adorable and sexy! I love the array of colors, everyone looks like they belong, they all represented well! Take note this is what LM is all about Makeup, Fashion, and Glamour and they did that!

He’s just FINE!
