LM gives props to makeup and hairstyling. Hair was pulled back away from the face. This allowed our attention to focus on the elaborate gowns and dramatic eye makeup the models wore.

Safia Michelle caught up with friends and chatted with  Zhanna Kenformer, former designer of Dancing With The Stars while at the event.

Orlando Fashion Week was directed by Tina Rodriguez of TMT Productions. Multiple events were held Tuesday-Thursday for business owners and the Orlando community, including a Branding Workshop proceeding Thursday’s Fashion Show. At the close of the event Mrs. Rodriguez presented a check that will go toward assisting patients battling cancer.Ms.Rodriguez has such a wonderful spirit! Some of the event sponsors included, The International Academy of Design, RVL and Suite 230 Clothing.

LM is glad we were invited to the event. We look forward to seeing more from TMT! xo !

I am absolutely in LOVE with Ashanti’s new look for her new single ” The woman you Love”! Her makeup  is Uber-Sexy and trendsetting! She’s giving me love with a killing  Brow arch! (I love a sharp brow) and the eye makeup is beyond on point! The look is futuristic and edgey. Smokey, winged out cat eyeliner with major liquid liner  is sexy with clean lines, no room for error with this look.

If her new album is anything like  this new makeup look, (#onpoint) I will  definitely be getting on the Ashanti bandwagon. I’ve always been a big Ashanti fan, so I’m excited to see and hear what’s new from her.

We rocked the Indie Summer Fest fashion show. It was awesome,  fun makeup, beautiful hair,  hot models, ridiculous  fashion! Everyone showed up and showed out and when the the DJ played ” I Can’t Stand the Rain” by Tina Turner the models hit it, all the guest loved it.

I want to send so much   appreciation to the amazing designers Dana of Other People’s Property our featured designer of the show, Liz @ Sweet Boutique, Jamesson @ Dechos,  Bad Spade & Bella Sol, Jenna Stark with her ” get it girl models”( love them) everybody that came out thank you, thank you, thank, you! the hair squad,Live Hart with your performance kept me sane in the back! Harriet helping me with makeup, Rasheda omg the photos… amazing! Thank you to all press that came out. I can’t wait till the next event so keep watch everybody we’re doing our thing!

” Deconstructed Fashion”. Lipstick Mixtapes got to   meet this cute lil thing last night at “Dechoes” monthly “Wine Down Wednesdays” in College Park. We had an awesome time talking to her finding out how she comes up with the ideas for her pieces which are usually old finds in thrift stores and she takes them home and makes masterpieces. The dress shes’s pictured in she found it earlier that day and made into a sexy wrap mini, I love it with the boots CUTE!
