Summer Beauty the Natural way!
For most of us Summer is already here especially in Florida, so here are a few Natural Beauty tips to keep skin radiant as the temperatures rise !
I cleanse with Dove soap and Witch Hazel to get my skin clean. I like to use Witch Hazel because sometimes the soap doesn’t cleanse completely, Witch Hazel gets whatever my soap leaves behind.
Then follow with fresh lemon it stings a little due to the acidity but it brightens the skin because of the Vitamin C, causing a healthier brighter look. Also try mixing with Honey and coconut oil let sit for about 15 minutes, rinse and skin is a lot more radiant.
I’m also a big blueberry addict, they’re High in Vitamin C and contain antioxidants that fight off free radicals which cause premature aging. Eat lots blueberries they’re always on sale at Publix.
For day time hydration I do mineral water spray and a little bit of coconut oil, and at night time pure Aloe Vera plant. You can buy a plant from Home Depot. I cut and lather it all over the face, neck and chest. It’s a natural sunscreen and it helps to heal any pimples I’ve picked at. It’s clear and little sticky at first but once it’s dried it’s ok.
