BOLD lips don’t LIE

It feels as if Fashion Week 2012 came and went, with so many events, releases, and deaths going on in February, I feel like this years F/W 2012 got treated like a step child. While I missed many of the loos and am playing catch up, only a hand full of looks caught my eye.

For one the LIP is here and it’s here to stay for the rest of 2012. I didn’t see a nude lip in sight every model of every skin tone was wearing BOLD, BRIGHT, and Saucy LIPS!

Fashion Week : Makeup trends…

Has everyone been getting their Fashion Week fix? I sure have! Top Makeup Artist Tom Pecheux, says the looks on the runway are red lips. This lip color never goes away, it comes back bolder, sexier, and always on point! From all the videos I’ve watched the makeup appears to be minimalistic and the beauty is coming thru naturally. Makeup Easy…

I put together a few easy makeup tips for you to start off your day, I guarantee you will have little to no makeup drama if you follow them. A picture perfect beautiful face is what you’ll have every time.

First- concealer. Concealer under the eyes works major wonders , if you’ve had a long night out or you didn’t get much sleep the night before it can be a instant wake up underneath your eyes. Most of us aren’t so blessed to roll out the bed looking like angels, some of us had a few late night demons and need concealer.

Second- Blush. There’s a girl that works near me and I tell you everyday this chick looks like she had the worst night ever. I tell her girl! Let me put some blush on your cheeks. It instantly brings color to her dull skin and gives her an awake glow that she needs to make her look alive during a long day. So BLUSH is a must!

3rd told you I wouldn’t keep you long. A shiny lipstick or gloss. You had to know that was coming! Something on the lips is inviting it says I took the time to think about what I look like today, the simplest of makeup products can do the most impressive job!

Makeup &Martini’s Success

Thanks to everyone that came to the LM booth at the Makeup & Martini’s Event! Everyone looked beautiful, and was incredibly NICE. The debut of the LM line of lipsticks was a MAJOR success.
